Jackpot Scanner — Terms of Use · version 2026-07-17
1. What this does. You photograph an IRS Form W-2G and this app sends the photo to an AI reading service, which returns the values it read. The reading is automated and can be wrong — a blurry photo, a crease, or an unusual form can produce an incorrect value without warning.
2. You must verify everything. Every value this app shows you must be checked against the paper form in your hand before you rely on it. These numbers go into tax filings: you and your tax professional are solely responsible for the accuracy of anything filed. This app is a transcription aid, not a tax preparer, and nothing here is tax, legal, or financial advice.
3. Your data. The photo is transmitted for reading and is not stored on any server — it is processed and discarded. The values read from it are returned to this device and stored only on this device. Your Social Security number is returned masked (last four digits only) and the full number is never stored anywhere by this app. The photo itself contains your full SSN; keeping this device secure is your responsibility.
4. No warranty. This app is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, the operator's total liability for any claim related to this app is limited to the amount you paid to use it.
5. Signature. Typing your full legal name below and pressing "I agree" is your electronic signature. Your name, the date and time, your IP address, and this version of these terms are recorded as proof of acceptance. You only do this once per version of these terms. Governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.
